What caught my attention was the microplastic theory. It sounded extreme but honestly nothing else was working. I had been on Lyrica for two years and my feet were getting worse, not better. I'm not saying it's a miracle, but something definitely shifted after week three.

I've had neuropathy for 9 years. Followed my doctor's advice strictly. Still took 8 pain pills a day and still woke up at 3am from the burning. After starting this pink salt protocol the nighttime pain reduced significantly. That alone changed my quality of life.

The tingling in my hands and feet used to be constant no matter what I took. It was frustrating because I felt like I was failing somehow. This routine didn't fix everything overnight, but it finally moved the needle after week two. I can actually sleep now.

I thought it was just age. My mother lost feeling in both legs from neuropathy complications, so I live with that fear every day. I'm still monitoring closely, but my burning and tingling have improved since starting this. I feel like I'm finally doing something that addresses the actual problem.

Not medical advice obviously, but if you've tried every neuropathy medication and still can't feel your feet properly, it might be worth watching this video. The microplastics explanation makes sense biologically in a way that "just age" never did for me.

I've had constant electric shocks in my feet for 4 years. My doctor kept adjusting medication but the shocks never fully stopped. After trying this morning protocol, the shocks have reduced noticeably. That hasn't happened in a long time with anything I've tried.

The microplastic explanation sounded extreme to me at first, but I was desperate. I'd already tried everything — compression socks, prescription creams, nerve blocks. Still had the numbness. I'm seeing gradual improvement now, which is more than I can say for anything else I tried in the last six years.
